How to Plan Your Trip

Tell us what you like

Asking us for information or a proposal will put you in touch with one of our staff members who will be delighted to help you in designing your own personal tour.

Use our Trip Planner

The easiest way to put your plans into action is by selecting the Module(s) or Tour that you like and adding them to your `Trip Planner'.

Add you comments

On our Trip Planner page is a comment box in which you can enter any specific requests. Do you want to add an extra place in the itinerary or stay somewhere a night longer? Would you like to stay in a different hotel than the one we selected? Or would like to construct an itinerary which is different from any of the suggested trips we have listed?

Refine your itinerary

Once you have formulated your ideas, simply send an e-mail to info@travellers-palm.com. We will provide you with our suggestions and recommendations. After you've read through the itinerary our travel specialist will answer any further questions you have and refine it until you are completely happy.

Get our insider's knowledge

Our staff members are in touch with you during the entire process of planning your trip to actually travelling in India. They are able to give you the latest information on our hotels as well as an insider's knowledge that allows you to really experience a country, rather than just visit it.

Prompt replies

We ensure that our team is always available to you via phone, email, fax and Skype to provide you with personalized service and quick answers to your queries.

Confirming the arrangements

Once you are satisfied with all the arrangements, we ask you to complete a booking form and pay your deposit, at which point we start to confirm all the arrangements.

Travel documents

Once we receive your final amount of the tour cost, we shall email you your travel documents which will include travel vouchers, train/flight tickets if any, a list of all hotel addresses and phone numbers, a list of emergency number and contact numbers of our representatives in the cities you will visit.

We shall also include a packing list, suggested reading, weather chart for the time of your travel etc and a mini-guide of Dos and Don'ts.

Keep in touch

It is quite likely that you may think of some questions or clarifications anytime between booking the holiday and leaving home for it.

No problem - just get in touch with us and we shall be happy to answer any question or simply to have a chat! That's the beauty of a tailor-made holiday. Our travel specialist will be always there for you.

Informed travellers get the best out of their holidays. We will do our best to make sure you are one!
